 By making a booking with London Stay Apartments (London Bridge 19 Ltd. - Company reg  07106417) you are deemed to have read and accepted the following Terms and Conditions:

• The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or a late cancellation. The card will be pre-authorised 2 days prior to arrival.

• If the reservation is non-refundable the property reserves the right to charge the card for the full amount of the provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or a late cancellation. The card will be charged on the same day when the guest made the booking.

• The property strongly advises all its clients to have enough funds in order to cover the first night rate as the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the pre-authorization will fail.

• The person checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer on the reservation. The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all reservations and the name on it needs to be the same who will check-in. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance.

• The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival.

• The non-refundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have your reservation confirmed).

•  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises. (£50.00 penalty for smoking inside the property premises or inside the room. There is a covered designated smoking area available inside the building.

• No visitors are allowed at any time between 22:00 and 8:00 during the night.  £50.00/person/night charge will occur if this rule is breached. The maximum number of room occupants between 22:00 and 08:00 is according to the number of persons on the reservation made.

• No loud noise is permitted after 22:00. This is to ensure a good night sleep for the rest of the clients. Breaking this rule will force us to charge you £100.00 for the disturbance created to the other adjacent rooms.

• Any damages to the room (this is including linen abuse) or charges will be debited from the client card used when the reservation was made or from the room deposit on check out separately from the room rate agreed when the reservation was made.

• Check-in standard time: from 15:00 up to 22:00.

• Check out standard time: up to 11:00. Anyone checking out later than 11.00am from the room will be charged £10.00 for every 1-hour interval.

• Early check-in or a late check-out is subject to the availability and it has to be confirmed by the property.

• Guests checking in after 10:00 PM must inform the property in advance and an extra charge will occur as follows:

• GBP 15 extra for the 22:00 - 00:00 interval.

• GBP 30 extra for the 00:00 - 02:00 interval.

• Please note that no check-in is available after 02:00.

• When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

• We do not have air-conditioning, however fans are provided.
